28 Months from the priority date; or

6 months from the period as per rule 69.1 of the regulations under the Treaty for the start of the International Preliminary Examination; or

6 months from the date of receiving the translation furnished as per the regulations under the Treaty by the Examining Authority.

Whichever expires last.
